I'm not able to run any of the usual tools as the parasite stops them from running to completion / terminates them.
RootkitRepeal is affected along with everything else.

OK - here are the text files. Could not get the long scan to complete but did get Combofix to run.

And now, at least now AntiMalwarebytes runs!!

msconfig does not want to Apply / Close now - I had limited what starts and now can't get it back.

McAfee doesn't start.

Download the attached file CFScript.txt to your Desktop

Posted Image

Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe

When finished, it shall produce a log for you at "C:\ComboFix.txt". In your next reply, please include the ComboFix log and a fresh HIjackthis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Note:Please do not use this script on another computer, you may damage the system. The script is made especially for this user's computer only!!!!

Did you follow my instructions? Did you upload that file? We are not done by any means.

"We" are done in that I no longer have the computer. :-(
So I'm sorry if I wasted your time. It wasn't intentional.
You say "we are not done by any means" .. so I'm curious about an outline of the steps we would have taken next. A general view would help.

I'm still learning the "rules" for doing this sort of process..
Is there something I can read that goes through the process?
I've read
"I'm infected - What do I do now?, Please follow these instructions to clean your system"

But this doesn't cover things like:
What to do after you run one of the tools such as ATF Cleaner / ATR GMER and so forth?

Thanks so much!!

Might not be intentional, but that's really what it was.

not going to waste my time to outline steps, since the pc isn't in your hands anymore.

I've read

Unless the helpers have a staff signature, we do this for free.
