Well I've encounter a particular problem lately. It seems I have some sort of infection on my computer, that so far, allows me to download & install malwarebytes without an issue, however when I try to run a "quick scan", it cuts off malwarebyte's process after roughly 5seconds & locks me from accessing malwarebytes noting...

I found that [Inherit.exe] would re-allow me to open malwarebytes, however the infection still kicks the program's processes after roughly 5seconds of scanning.

I figured it could have been a Rootkit infection, & attempted using an anti-rookit program called [GMER], but nothing shows after a quick scan (scan upon initiation). While attempting a standard scan, the program will suddenly close after a few seconds.

Any help would be appreciated in getting rid of this annoying malware thingy

Place it on your desktop.

Go start run copy then paste in the line below and press enter
