I was looking in my "services" of the task manager for something else (trying to see if there was a phone services as my event viewer got a error about not being able to phone ) and noticed these three services p2pimsvc,p2psvc,PNRPsvc which are not running but have stopped, I googled a bit and I think there ok and for MS P2P programs but as I do not use any P2P should I remove them?
Do they take up space thats not needed?
Or should I just leave them be as I might mess something up?

With services, especially those that are built in to the OS such as these, it is generally best to leave them be. If they aren't running they aren't wasting any resources. If you really want to tweak things for performance, have a look at this, but be cautious and not too overzealous about killing services.
Ah right thanks, well I think I better just leave them be then, I was going to close some things down to lighten the load on my computer but its probably best I read up more on it incase I delete important stuff
