Ive recently become infected with this Virus, and Ive downloaded your Malwarebytes program, currently running as we speak. Will your program remove this malware from my PC if its the free version? Ive seen so many things only scan them for you and say you have to pay for them to remove the threats... a response would be great, this is getting frustrating.

Yes it will remove items the same as it would in the paid version.

The free version still scans (usually only a quick scan is required) and detects then removes most known infections -
The paid version offers "real time" protection as well as your regular scans would but it picks most up earlier -
As many companies will only remove malware if you pay extra - Malwarebytes is not the same -
Please follow the advice above by LonnyJR and post a MBAM scan log (a quick scan, about 5-8 mins, is all that you need) -
