Hi: I am stuck, could use some help. Running Windows XP SP3. wont allow me to install any antivirus OR run online scan, cant run hijack this (says ""not valid win32 app" for all of these).
Can't boot into safe mode as I get BSOD, can only boot normally.
Know that there are a lot of SHeurs2.BBJY infections in zip files (from scanning its files from another machine)
Have combofix in the desktop, bt not sure how to work it
Any directions as to how to proceed, or what more info I need to provide would be gratefully received.
