Sorry for the long message but I want to be informative as possible so I can get some help possibly. My p.c has recently become infected with some kind of virus or malware. After becoming infected I tried to start my computer and my explorer.exe wouldnt load. Only thing visible is my background and my mouse pointer.

(2 Days Ago) I tried to load explorer.exe with task manager (new task run) but it gave the error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." The explorer.exe file is in the right Windows folder though. So I updated MalawareBytes and tried to run it, but the program just disappeared. Same thing happened w/ Spybot. Ran in Safe Mode and installed both programs, ComboFix and SuperAnti Spyware. SuperAntiSpyware found some trojans/malware and got rid of them. Same thing with Malawarebtyes and Spybot. Forgot to mention that I couldnt connect to the internet for a while but the programs fixed that.

(1 Day Ago) Tried to boot back up, explorer still didnt load, even in safe mode. Ran ccleaner it removed some things. Ran Bitdefender online scanner and it didnt find any trojans. Installed latest version of Java, but add/remove programs kept freezing when trying to delete old versions. Deleted the viewpoint programs as directed.

(Today) I ran SAS again. It found a few things, dont know if they are major threats. Ran Malawarebytes but it didnt find any thing. I also ran MGTools. Now im stuck and I dont know what to do. BTW im using task manager to use the internet now. I tried to run Root Repeal, and when it got done it gave me an error. It didnt find anything suspect though while scanning. Any help would be appreciated.
