Well recently i got a trojan, So i tryed opening Mbam, It didn't work.

So then i googled the problem and found a few sites telling me to copy the file and rename it. So i did. Then i tryed opening it. It worked, Then i clicked scan. It lasted 2 seconds and closed and now says Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Then i read a few topics on this forum and tryed Hijack this and it starts the scan and then closes aswell then comes up with that message. Then i tryed combo-fix. It scans and then reboots my computer. Then a notepad file pops up on the desktop stating the location of the log file. And its not there. PLEASE HELP!

Welcome calum_gill

Go ahead and re-run combofix, let it update if it suggests so.

I did and it attempted to shut down my computer and said no access. So i shut it down myself. Then a .txt file came up on the desktop with the location of the file but was not there.

Download (dont run yet) this tool
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/rootr.../Win32kDiag.exe
http://ad13.geekstog.../Win32kDiag.exe
Place it on your desktop.

Go start run copy then paste in the entire line below and press enter
"%userprofile%\desktop\Win32kDiag.exe" -r -f
A log should open when it is finished, post it please.
