Hi and welcome to the forum! :)

Please try this set of instructions:

* Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
* Restart your computer (very important).
* Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe
* It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).
* After the computer restarts, Temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent
Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications.

Please post back if this does not resolve your issue. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your attention.
I did everything exactly as you explained but the problem persists.
I think it is problem of program.
I also use the free version and do not generate economic losses.
Thank you very much.
Greetings from Argentina.

Are you experiencing any other symptoms of being infected?

Is Internet Explorer set to "work online"? If it's not, it will say "Working offline" in the titlebar.

Do you have any proxy settings set in IE that may have been misconfigured or not supposed to be there at all? Tools menu -> Internet options, Connections tab, click on the Lan settings button to check for proxy settings.

Are you using IE 8 by any chance? Some users have had issues with IE 8 recently. Check this thread out

I guess I should step in here and ask, did you manage to solve the issue?
