Ok. So I have been reading around the internet and this forum and this seems like its the best place to put it.
So a few days ago I tried to install some printer driver I was avoiding. During the install shield Preperation phase, it gives me a Unhandled Exception error, 0x80040708 (0x80004005)Unspecified Error. Assuming this is just some installshield error I begin the tips that people say for this error (Delete the C:programfiles/common files/installshield/professional).
That didn't help it, so I tried to run MBAM and it gave me a runtime '0' error and then a runtime '440' error.
So at this point, I'm coming to you fine people at the edge of my wits. I suppose you want my Hijack this log.

I'm running windows XP home service pack 3. I also have AVG, but thats just picking up cookies now.

Any help guys?
I tried disabling manually O23 - Service: InstallDriver Table Manager (IDriverT) - Macrovision Corporation - C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\11\Intel 32\IDriverT.exe
as Hijackthis wouldn't disable it in safe mode. It didn't help and I still can't get mbam to work. I tried to uninstall it, but it gave me the runtime '0' and '440' errors again.
