Hi

See this:

"A report from NSS Labs shows that Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8 was able to catch 81 percent of attack-code-infected sites, an improvement of 17 percent since March, reports Computerworld."

So, what's the point of implementing the same kind of protection in MBAM if is already in most browsers?

Thanks,
Paula

81% is the point. That's no where near close to 100% and MBAM's IP protection brings you closer to that number. The database of malicious IPs is updated daily to include new threats and remove threats that no longer exist.

I don't have faith in IE 8 or Windows Defender OR Windows Malacious Software Removal Tool.
They have let me down many times.

Haha, so should we turn those numbers around, 18% detection? :P
