So here is the problem, I am working on a ladies acer laptop and she has that bad virus of personal antivirus on it. She can't get on line or nothing now. I downloaded the malwarebyes program to a disc and when I put the program on her computer it would not install due to no internet connection due to this virus. I need help as I need to get the standalone version so I can get rid of this virus for this lady.

The problem is that I can't get on line (the internet at all) even with safe mode networking. This virus has stopped it. I want to get that program malwarebytes (standalone version) the one I downloaded to the disc did not work. I put it on the infected computer via cd rom but it would not set up. Please help me..
