So I somehow got Windows Police Pro. I have tried several different instructions to get rid of it. It is at the point now where is no longer pops up and I can not find any files related to it but I still can not run any anti virus programs including malwarebytes and my web browser does not allow me to access any anti virus sites. I can not perform any scans nor can I post a log because the hikackthis program did not work. What do I do? Please help
