please help ....
if i had the money i would just buy a new computer but i certainly dont have it.
Ive been working on this for days when my computer locked up.
This is my laptop and it is attached my main home computer on the wireless network.
My 15 year old son created a false account on the main computer and then secretly was using mine. I couldnt use the laptop for months, and ever since restoring both are running strangely. I finally downloaded new antivirus software i could afford - ***free*** but it still didn't help.
Ive run the computer in safemode, downloaded every recommended spysearchfixhelpthing i could find but still cannot search the web without stalls and then crashing. My 13 year old son downloaded a program he said "popped" up called windo . Even more problems now & even with uninstall and then a forced uninstall it still runs in the reg screen on reboot and states "defragment anyalizer".
Please help!!!

Im in way over my head and should have stopped after the first try.
Also any advice on how to fix the main computer. Same issues but seems to be hidden users accounts etc.
