Why would IP Filtering possibly block my small LAN?

Checking my log files, I see "19:46:58 Joe IP-BLOCK 192.168.0.5" where ...5 is a local PC. No web server was running.

Why could this possibly happen?

It shouldn't. We fixed this bug in 1.41. Are you using the most current version?
