Title says it all. Considering its encrypted and meant to get past antiviruses, how are spottable? Are antivirus now up to date with virus encryption software to decrypt them? Help me find the answer, Thanks!

I've read that some keyloggers can be very difficult to detect. I've just started using KeyScrambler (free version) which is supposed to provide protection from most Keyloggers. So far it's working without issue, but I don't know how effective it is.
