In the last 3 hours, I have been in and out this forum trying to see how I can get rid of some nasty, bad, evil, devilish virus! I can't run Total Security. I can't run Rootkit. I can't run mbam (I don't even have mbam.exe at all - I mean nowhere) I am not a computer tech, whizz or an advanced user. I just love my internet. I know a tiny bit about the rest. But this has got me suicidal!

Doen't matter what I try to run, BAM! Disappears into PC Heaven just as I click okay, yes, scan. run or anything. Help me please. I am now having sleepless nights.

If you're having trouble getting Malwarebytes' and other tools to update or run please review the following tutorials and see if they are helpful:

• Total-Security (FakeAlert)

• CLB Rootkit driver=TDSS/Seneka/GAOPDX/UAC/ovfst
  
• SystemSecurity

Please be sure not to install any software or use any removal or scanning tools except those that you are
instructed to by the expert who will be assisting you as doing so can make their job much more difficult.

note: if for some reason you are unable to run some or any of the tools in the first link, then skip that step and move on to the next one.
If you can't even run HijackThis, then just post here: Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs describing your issues and an expert will reply with further instructions.

You tailgated your post! You Posted in the HiJackForum under another user! You should have started a New Topic..Will see if we can PM a Moderator to fix/or advise you.

Please pay attention, I Had a moderator remove your post! You can't post in the HiJacK Forum Under some other users thread. You were down appx: 13 posts... it would have confused you -- the helper -- & the other poster.. The Best thing to do, Is Start a New Topic and title it CLB driver infection
Try to download the HiJackLogThis.exe save to notepad.. post it in that forum... It will be a few days for a expert to address your issue, there very busy in there. Bookmark it and check it every day.... thank you very much! I'll repeat the instructions that "firefox" gave you!
