Yeah maybe reinstalling this would help, but System Tools would probably take out the mbam.exe again. I had to install and update mbam from another computer and transfer it to this computer here.

Is it workng ok now? Or do you still have an issue? Error 723: Could not find the SwissArmy driver.
EDIT: If you still have an issue follow these instructions please!
please try a clean tool below, remove the program and re-install again
1. Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
2. Restart your computer (very important).
3. Download and run this utility. http://www.malwareby.../mbam-clean.exe
4. It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).
5. After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here. http://www.malwareby...am-download.php
Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent
Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray and run a Quick Scan.

Add/Remove can't find Malwarebytes because as I said, I installed on other computer and transfered it to this one. So should I use the uninstall it has in its directory?

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will not work if you do that.
You need to run the normal installation, and let it replace the files. Either that or you need to copy the drivers over manually, register them manually, and register all of the OCX files manually. You also need to make sure that the database is copied as well.
Note that if you have one of the newer rootkits on the computer that is deleting Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, or changing permissions on it's files, even if you manage to get the files copied over and registered you will only be able to run MBAM once before the rootkit notices and takes action against it.

I guess I'll run Mbam-clean after I uninstall. Hope it doesn't take away mbam.exe >.>

It will. You can replace it from a backup copy as long as all of the DLL and OCX files registered properly.
