I am trying to run Malware bytes, but could not . I did run Combo box and what ever I can. Could not . Is it possible to get direct EXE file ? Help is appreciated.

Delete your copy of ComboFix. Then visit this webpage for instructions for downloading new copy:

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that.
