My friend's computer recently got hit with Antivirus 2010. Im trying to use malwarebytes to get rid of it, but every time it tries to run it will close after 3 seconds. Then, if you try to use it again, it will say "Windows cannot access specified device, path, or file. You may not have permission to access the item" I have tried to reinstall using a different setup and .exe name, but to no avail. Is there anything else I can do without having to do a whole reformat? Thank you!

Hi,

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
