I have been using Malwarebytes for about a year in my office for various issues. now I have a user with both the security tool malware and Anti-virus pro 2010. I have been successful in stopping them starting up but when I run Malwarebytes or HJT they run for a few seconds then stop without an error. I have tried running in safe mode but now the computer blue screens when I try to go into safemode. Any ideas as to how this can be resolved?
