Hi all
Had a threat this morning, when I downloaded FreeSoundRecorder.exe the program attempted to instal ZWUNZI.exe... which after removing from control panel and googling, I understand to ad/mal-ware. I did not allow access to the internet via my ZoneAlarm firewall and removed both programs immediately so I am safe, but just giving a heads up

Free Sound Recorder is available from http://www.freesoundrecorder.net/

Its installer does offer the user the choice whether to install ZwUnZi or not, with a very clear explanation of what the ZwUnZi browser plugin is and does. To install Free Sound Recorder without ZwUuZi, simply leave the ZwUnZi "I accept" box un-checked and click "Continue." Then Free Sound Recorder will install without ZwUnZi

You can also try the ZwUnZi "search engine" as a stand-alone web application here: http://www.zwunzi.com/ It seems to present only paid ads and is nowhere as good as Google.

This allows me to investigate further and confirm no need to add ZWUNZI the MBAM database
