3 days ago I accidently downloaded something that was called like windows police pro or some virus like that. I think that its gone now but i still believe that I have other virus' on my computer that I cannot get rid of. My malware antobytes stopped working so I tried to redownload it and it still wont work. My computer wont allow me to enable a firewall, I cant get into the add or delete programs file...I actually can't open and access anything really. What i click on the malware icon it says link missing and when I try and get into anything it says "windows cannot find 'C:/windows/system32/rundll32.exe' make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.To search for the file, click the start button, and then click search." I am completely ignorant when it comes to computers and i've paid $100 now and nothing is better. please help me
