I've been infected with Antivirus System Pro and am unable to use MBAM, Avira, HJT, a rootkit detector, or bascially anything else that might help to get rid of this thing. I'm getting false popups (infiltration alerts) every minute or so, popup browser windows every 2-3 minutes and spyware alerts at about the same frequency. MBAM won't open (even on reinstallation), because it says it is infected and the application can not be executed (it then asks if I want to start my antivirus software). This is very annoying, as I can't finish typing a sentence without an interruption. Also, this thing won't allow access to Outlook Express, either. Or other programs such as winrar. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to resolve this issue with the help of Miekiemoes. Could an Administrator kindly lock this thread. Thanks.

Extra note...

To resolve this, rename mbam.exe to iexplore.exe or explorer.exe.
Then mbam should be able to run.
