ive been having issues with my computer and i tried running malwarebytes but it was closing. i'm at the point where i have no taskbar and cannot get into anything. safemode wont even run. it restarts after i select it.

i need some help.

should i use avira since i can boot off a disc?

if anything can be done, i'd really appreciate it.
