Someone please help me. My computer was infected with windows police pro and now i cant get into any of my files.My computer wont allow me to enable a firewall, I cant get into the add or delete programs file...I actually can't open and access anything really. What i click on the malware icon it says link missing and when I try and get into anything it says "windows cannot find 'C:/windows/system32/rundll32.exe' make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.To search for the file, click the start button, and then click search." I am completely ignorant when it comes to computers and please help me

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  • DDS.txt
    
  • Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:

• Double-click .exe that you downloaded
  
• Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  
• Don't check
  Show All
  box while scanning in progress!
  
• When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  
• This copies log to clipboard
  
• Post log in your reply.
