This is the error message I receive in a window labeled "Setup". It says it's unable to execute file: C:\Program Files/Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware/mbam.exe
I uninstalled it in case the install was corrupt, and tried to delete the file out of the program files folder,but I get an error message saying, "Cannot delete mbamext.dll: Acciss is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."
I'm having terrible problems with the Artemis! trojan and popups, so I wanted to run Malwarebytes.
I also can't update my Windows Defender program. It has an error code of 0x80070422.
I also tried to install Multi Virus Cleaner 2009 and that won't install either.

If you're having trouble getting Malwarebytes' and other tools to update or run please review the following tutorials and see if they are helpful:
