When trying to run and update, and open MBAM I get

Error code: 703 (0,13)

I already uninstalled, restarted, ran the clean-mbam tool then restarted. Installed MBAM once again, and when I run the update, it gives me this error. Is the database messed up again?

I downloaded the manuel update file, which is 3030 and program works fine with that file.

Comments welcome.

Try updating again to see if that fixes the issue, if not, then just reboot to see if that helps. If it doesn't, then exit MBAM and go to %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and delete the rules.ref file then run the program again and it will throw an error and ask to download the database, let it do so and see if it rights itself. If it doesn't, then I'd say use the one from the DB Installer for now and wait for the next database update, which should happen later today and see if it works with that one  .

When I tried to update I got error code 703 (0,9) and it said to report it to the Malwarebyte Support Team. I am unable to access the program, the same message keeps appearing.

Firefox, I did all that you suggested and the program will not run. When I click the icon on the desktop I'm still getting the error messages. Up until I got that first error messge everything was working fine and all the updates worked without a hitch.

@ jingles29 -
Try to click directly on the entry in programs - If this works then delete the icon and right click on the programs entry and create a new shortcut -
A similar idea was put in by AdvancedSetup on another post -
Good luck
