the first time i installed malware updated and worked fine until i tryed to scan my computer it started scan and ran for about 10 sec after that it just closed when i try and reopen it gives me the error

windows cannont access the specific device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to acess the item

i also am unable to run any anti virus programs or shut off the tdss.sys in device mgmt because it isnt there. also the virus seems to be blocking most other programs and the vaio recovery which resets the computer to factory defaults

any help would be nice
