I am having issues with a malware called Security Tool. I have attempted to run Malwarebytes, but when I click run, the Security Tool warning comes on, saying mbam-setup.exe is infected with worm Lsas.Blaster.Keylogger

I am unable to run task manager or go into the control panel to remove programs. Any suggestions as to what I should do?
