i had a post couple days ago but was never answered

any way getting error when i try to run malware about perrmissions in running the program can't use any anti virus programs or open many other programs my antivirus progams are not running in task manager or in the icon tray but combo fix says they are cant restart in safe mode but will boot up in regualar mode dont know why that is please help
