I have some kind of virus. it keeps popping up with different types telling me i need to install what i believe to be a fake
antivirus. I'm not to smart when it comes to computers and safe maode and all that stuff, i have tried to search how to fix it, but i dont understand some of the things ive seen people talking about.
here are the problems it is telling me.
virus.win32.gpcode.ak
trojan-downloader.js.multi.ca
trojan.win32.agent.dcc
email-worm.win.32.agent.pp
rootkit.win32.agent.pp
virus.win32.hala.a

I have mcafee antivirus on my computer, and it's telling me everything is ok.
any help would be much appreciated

Hi there,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  • DDS.txt
    
  • Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

Download GMER here by clicking download exe -button and then saving it your desktop:

• Double-click .exe that you downloaded
  
• Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  
• Don't check
  Show All
  box while scanning in progress!
  
• When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  
• This copies log to clipboard
  
• Post log in your reply.
