Hello, help with this issue would be appreciated.

I have a Vista machine that is infected and usually malwarebytes cleans it up. However this time I can't even run the program, not even in safe mode. I receive the following error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Guidance would be welcomed.

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
