Good morning,
My niece's Toshiba laptop running Windows XP service pack 2 will not go to the internet, cannot open search, cannot see minimized windows, cannot run malwarebytes. I have performed several of the suggestions. Renamed exe file, reinstalled mbam, mbam fix.bat. Still malwarebytes will not run.

Any help will be appreciated.
