I'm sure this has been posted about many times , but If forums had standard procedures on Topic posting, forums would be allot more Informative and easier to navigate.
What Is this change that Malwarebytes Is trying to make at Win 7 startup? I checked the whole message and the service Is listed as cleanup-service? What would MB want to clean at every Win startup?

There is a known issue with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware version 1.41 where it doesn't delete its cleanup entry after restarting as it should. Please download the fix appropriate to your version of Windows from here to see if that fixes the issue.
