Please excuse my ignorance as I am not very computer savvy. I ran a scan and it detected 23 infections.; but, I do not know if I am supposed to delete them from the Quarantine section. Many of the problems were in "Registry Keys" and "Registry values".. Does deleting just get rid of the malware or would it delete the Registry Keys and Values too? Also, if I ever deleted the Malwarebytes program what happens to the objects in Quarantine, do they go back into the computer?

Your system is safe from them while in the quarantine area. They're left there to ensure that if maybe it was a false positive and you needed or wanted to restore a file you could. Typically if the computer is working well for a week with no issues then it's probably safe to empty the quarantine of those files.
