MBAM wont run - Run-time error '372'

Hey guys. I have a desktop computer running windows XP sp2. I have a really bad virus on it. The internet stopped working. I cannot copy/past or drap/drop any files. I cannot even transfer any of my files to an usb stick.

My AVG can will not run. I tried to install Malwarebytes but i keep getting an error saying "Run-time error '372': Failed to load control 'vbalGrid' from vbalsgrid6.ocx. Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."

I tried to install and open malwarebytes in safe mode and it still gives me the same error.

Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of this virus?
