Lark AntiSpyware - rogue or not?

I send 2 installers of Lark AntiSpyware to Kaspersky Lab, and they found nothing :)

I'm pretty sure it is, regardless of whether or not it's found on Cnet, it wouldn't be the first time a rogue app ended up on a legit download site. I tested Lark and it found a large number of FP's, including regedit.exe and explorer.exe, identifying them as trojans, which I can assure you they are not.

I have classified Lark Antispwyare as Rogue yesterday during testing due to absolute excessive and inexcusable amount of F/p's which act as a goad to purchase :)

MBAM quick scan will unload this rogue :)
