I asked for help about this on sunday, and I have yet to get ANY replies to my posts. I really need help, Malwarebytes stops in the middle of my scan. I thought something was up with the registry, so I tried cleaning it with ccleaner, but after I did that, the desktop dissapeared, and I have to use task manager to run programs. I recently tried using another virus scanner, but it did the same thing as malwarebytes, and just shut down during the scanning process. Can someone please help? Seriously, I have asked for help since sunday, and I haven't gotten ANY help, which is kind of irritating considering the fact that I can't get rid of this on my own, which is why I REALLY need someone's help.
