Okay, right now I have a couple problems. One is the fact that when I turn on my computer, it starts with the windows firewall off. Second, I have done scans with malware and Avast Antivirus and neither have found anything. In fact, after Avast is done with the scan it pops up a long list of files it says it could not scan. What should I do?
