Hi there,

I emailed in the other day and was told to come here. Basically our website is apparently being blocked by your application.

I'm pretty sure this all started a little while back when we tested a new advert company, only to hear some of our users were getting virus alerts. We immediately took the ads down, and went back to our old ad hosts.

It's now many months on but our site is still being blocked. If you could spare the time to remove us from your blocking list it would be much appreciated. We've had quite a few emails now from people asking how to disable your application, but many have it running at work etc so it's becoming a bit of an annoyance for them.

Apologies for missing this.

The problem is actually the IP range your site is on. I've been in touch with the IP range owner for the past few weeks, to help them clean out their networks, and once this is done, they'll be removed.
