I can see why this would be flagged if there was a rogue debugger value present, but there is no malicious values in that key, only the defaults put there by Kaspersky Total Security.

this is the "unlocker" uninstaller...I have it on my desktop because a friend was reporting a FP with this file. Usual location is C:\Program files\Unlocker\uninst.exe
