HI There. My Name Is Jackson. I am running Windows Vista Home edition and Have installed Malware - Anti Malware software. I was infected recently by the Spyware "Windows System Defender" and I am no longer able to run Task manager.

When I try to run Anti Malware (have updated it), the program closes after I initiate the Scanning procedures everytime at 5 seconds.

After that, If I try to run the program, it shows up an error message about no path found to the file and I can reinstall it again and it works. However the 5 second crash occurs again and similar situation. I am trying to wipe away the Windows System defender virus off my PC with the Anti Malware program. :)

Anyone out there able to give me any ideas or hints whats wrong? Would be much appreciated.

Regards

Jackson

Hello Jackson,

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
