My apologies for not posting a HJT or MBAM log file but if you read, you'll understand why.

We had a couple of our users report an infection. When the computer was rebooted, it gives you the prompt to choose the various levels of Windows XP safe mode, last known good config or boot normal. All of the options give the same results, which is the OS begins to loads and then just reboots. It never reaches a logon screen.

Any thoughts on how to get past this so I can troubleshoot it more or are these machines beyond repair and a complete reload of everything is my only options. Any feedback is appreciated.
