IP protection does not work

Hello¡

I have installed Malwarebytes on 2 PC (A and :). In one of them (A) when I connect emule out malicious messages to IP protection has been blocked by presenting a bubble notification at the bottom of the screen. But on the other PC, (:), any notice never appears. PC (A) and (:) have Windows Vista OS. (A) has Avast antivirus and Windows Firewall, and (:) have NOD32 and Comodo Firewall.
Why in the Computer (:) IP protection does not work and no notifications?

NOTE
On both PCs, the IP notification option is enabled / checked. However when I go to the logs folder (C: \ ProgramData \ Malwarebytes \ Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware \ Logs): (emule is running in A and :)
