How to Transfer License

Question: How do I transfer the license to a new comptuer.
Answer: Keep a copy of your ID/KEY from the computer you wish to remove it from and you can run the following to remove it from the old computer.

• Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
  
  
  
• Restart your computer (very important).
  
  
  
• Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe
  
  
  
• It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).

Then just install MBAM on the new computer and Register it with the ID/KEY from the system you just removed it from.
You should also have an email from Cleverbridge with your ID/KEY purchase information.

Question: What if the old computer is no longer usable?
Answer: Simply install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware on the new computer, and use your old ID and Key. We always prefer that the old ID and Key be removed from the old computer first, but we understand that that is not always possible.



Question: What if I don't remember my license information?
Answer: Please contact cleverbridge at this link, and they should be able to send you a copy of your license information.
