Hello all,

I have two xp sp3 systems running Trend Micro AV and installed MB. Everything was fine until I purchased MB licenses for these machines. After installing the licensing, xp will boot to the desktop screen and then the systems will hang (no ability to CTRL-ALT-DEL....just a hard boot). I eventually re-booted into safe mode and uninstalled MB and everything booted normally. (Note: both systems were scanned thoroughly before installing the licenses).

I have re-installed MB without the licensing and everything appears to be back to normal. Problem is these two machines belong to users that will not remember to update and scan their machines.

Has anyone run into this issue?
