I have disabled Windows Updates. Every time I scan system through MBAM, this registry entry is reported as infected.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\UpdatesDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter)

Now I have put it in ignore ... am surprised no one has came across this before ..

The detection exists in case malware has disabled the notification, as malware will often do so. Since you know that you set that policy yourself you can safely ignore it (as you've already done).
