Cannot renew ip address after using Malwarebytes

Hello all,

My internet access hasn't been working since I cleaned up some spyware with Malwarebytes. I can't renew my IP address. I already did a scan with Norton 360, uninstalled my Malwarebytes, Norton 360, ZoneAlarm firewall, PC Tools Antivirus, and Advanced System Care. Used the netshell utility. Called my ISP. Tried a restore. Nothing worked. Any tips?
