The IP address is 64.94.137.102
This is for Pogo.com ( it is a free gaming site) that I have never had any problems with.
The page loads but then the pop up comes up that it the IP address has been blocked but I am able to log on to the site and play games on it.

This isn't an F/P. The IP is on a range that contains well known malicious content, such as HotBar etc.
