How do you edit posts that you have made, and if you can't why not, i'm a spelling mistaker who likes to correct all the time !
Life is an institution, i should know i've been in it for long enough !

You have to have 50 or more posts. Also, you have to be trained to help people in the Hijackthis forum :)

The first part of kpgumbo's post is correct. You need to have at least 50 posts before you can edit. This is to avoid people who are getting help in the malware removal section from changing their posts. Once you get to 50, you will have the 'edit post' capability. I hope this helps :)

Woops... I thought you meant that as a prerequisite to being able to edit posts. My bad :)

If you stick around long enough it won't be too hard. A good start would be introducing yourself in the General Chat area of the forum :) .

Just to ask, on what sections do actual posts count? Are there some sections where if you post the post count will not go up?

I was wondering about that; I hate it when I make embarrassing typo's that I can't fix :)
